La cama caliente MK52 tiene imanes integrados de alta temperatura de Curie. Estos imanes pueden sujetar firmemente las láminas de acero para resortes removibles. La Spring Steel Sheet With Smooth Double-sided PEI utiliza las mismas láminas de PEI que la MK2/S. Es la mejor solución para imprimir PLA y tiene una excelente adherencia con casi todos los materiales. La parte inferior de sus impresiones quedará lisa.
Lámina de PEI lisa de doble cara
La lámina Smooth PEI cuenta con un recubrimiento de PEI liso en ambas caras que proporciona una adherencia muy fuerte, especialmente para PLA. Es ideal cuando se requiere una superficie inferior perfectamente lisa y funciona bien con filamentos comunes como PLA, ABS, ASA, HIPS y algunos materiales con carga. Sin embargo, materiales como PETG y TPU pueden adherirse demasiado, lo que aumenta el riesgo de dañar la superficie de PEI al retirar las piezas, a menos que se utilice un agente desmoldante (como barra de pegamento). El mantenimiento consiste en una limpieza regular con alcohol isopropílico, y se permite la limpieza ocasional con acetona para restaurar la adherencia. Lámina texturizada con recubrimiento en polvo
La lámina Textured utiliza una superficie de PEI con recubrimiento en polvo que crea un acabado rugoso y mate en la parte inferior de las piezas impresas. Es especialmente adecuada para filamentos que tienden a adherirse en exceso al PEI liso, como PETG, TPU, TPE y CPE, lo que permite retirar las piezas fácilmente una vez que la lámina se enfría. Aunque proporciona una excelente adherencia para estos materiales, el PLA puede no adherirse de forma confiable y desprenderse durante la impresión. La limpieza normalmente se realiza con alcohol isopropílico, y es posible lavarla ocasionalmente con agua tibia y jabón suave, aunque no se recomienda hacerlo con frecuencia. Esta lámina es preferible cuando la facilidad para retirar las piezas y una textura superficial funcional son más importantes que un acabado liso.

Lámina satinada con recubrimiento en polvo
La lámina Satin ofrece una superficie semitexturizada que equilibra la adherencia y la liberación de las piezas, lo que la convierte en la opción más versátil. Funciona de forma confiable tanto con PLA como con PETG, sin los problemas de adherencia extrema de la lámina Smooth ni los problemas de adherencia del PLA de la lámina Textured. También es compatible con ABS, ASA, filamentos flexibles e incluso PC en condiciones adecuadas. El acabado satinado deja una superficie inferior ligeramente mate pero refinada. La limpieza debe realizarse únicamente con alcohol isopropílico, ya que la acetona puede dañar el recubrimiento de forma permanente. Esta lámina es ideal para usuarios que cambian de material con frecuencia y desean resultados consistentes con ajustes mínimos.

- ¡Nunca limpie la lámina de acero para resortes Textured PEI con recubrimiento en polvo con acetona! The MK52 heatbed has embedded high Curie temperature magnets. These magnets are able to firmly hold removable spring steel sheets. The Spring Steel Sheet With Smooth Double-sided PEI uses the same PEI sheets as on the MK2/S. It is the best solution for printing PLA and it has great adhesion with almost all materials. The bottom of your prints will be smooth.
Smooth Double-Side PEI Sheet
The Smooth PEI sheet features a double-sided smooth PEI coating that provides very strong adhesion, especially for PLA. It is ideal when a perfectly smooth bottom surface is required and works well with common filaments such as PLA, ABS, ASA, HIPS, and some filled materials. However, materials like PETG and TPU can adhere too strongly, increasing the risk of damaging the PEI surface when removing parts unless a release agent (such as glue stick) is used. Maintenance involves regular cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, with occasional acetone cleaning allowed to restore adhesion. This sheet requires careful handling and proper Live-Z calibration to avoid surface damage.
The steel sheet color may differ from the product picture (black, gold, green, etc). The smooth PEI surface on the steel sheet, as well as all other properties, remain the very same for all color versions.

Textured Powder-Coated Sheet
The Textured sheet uses a powder-coated PEI surface that creates a rough, matte finish on the bottom of printed parts. It is particularly well suited for filaments that tend to stick excessively to smooth PEI, such as PETG, TPU, TPE, and CPE, allowing easy part removal once the sheet cools. While it provides excellent adhesion for these materials, PLA may not adhere reliably and can detach during printing. Cleaning is typically done with isopropyl alcohol, and occasional washing with warm water and mild soap is possible, though not recommended frequently. This sheet is preferred when easy part release and functional surface texture are more important than a smooth finish.

Satin Powder-Coated Sheet
The Satin sheet offers a semi-textured surface that balances adhesion and release, making it the most versatile option. It works reliably with both PLA and PETG without the extreme adhesion issues of the Smooth sheet or the PLA adhesion problems of the Textured sheet. It is also compatible with ABS, ASA, flexible filaments, and even PC under proper conditions. The satin finish leaves a slightly matte but refined bottom surface. Cleaning should be done only with isopropyl alcohol, as acetone can permanently damage the coating. This sheet is ideal for users who frequently switch materials and want consistent results with minimal adjustments.
