El Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler es compatible con la Raspberry Pi 5 y con el Raspberry Pi 5 Case. Diseñado para quienes desean llevar al máximo el rendimiento de su Pi, así como para quienes hacen overclocking y otros usuarios avanzados, mantiene su Raspberry Pi 5 a una temperatura de operación adecuada incluso bajo carga pesada, gracias a ambos: un mini disipador que se coloca sobre el CPU y un ventilador que se sujeta en el case oficial de Raspberry Pi 5.
Ideal para makers que desean usar la tarjeta sin case bajo carga pesada continua sin reducción de rendimiento por temperatura (throttling). Se fija a la tarjeta mediante dos nuevos agujeros de montaje y se conecta al mismo conector JST de cuatro pines que el ventilador del case.
Un ventilador radial tipo blower, seleccionado también por su bajo ruido y larga vida útil, impulsa el aire a través de un disipador de aluminio extruido y fresado. Tanto el case como el Active Cooler pueden mantener la Raspberry Pi 5 muy por debajo del punto de throttling térmico con temperaturas ambiente típicas y en las peores condiciones de carga. El rendimiento de enfriamiento del Active Cooler es algo superior, lo que lo hace especialmente adecuado para quienes hacen overclocking.
Tenga en cuenta: Usted no necesita un ventilador para su Pi, ya que esta ajusta automáticamente su velocidad para evitar el sobrecalentamiento. El ventilador está diseñado para casos de uso en los que necesite operarla a máxima velocidad durante mucho tiempo, por ejemplo durante tareas de Machine Learning, renderizado, emulación o reproducción de video.

The Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler is compatible with the Raspberry Pi 5 and the Raspberry Pi 5 Case. Designed for anyone who wants to push the performance of their Pi, as well as overclockers and other power users, it keeps your Raspberry Pi 5 at a comfortable operating temperature even when under heavy load thanks to both a mini heatsink that goes on top of your CPU and a fan that clips into the official Raspberry Pi 5 case.
Great for makers who wish to use the board uncased under continuous heavy load without throttling. It attaches to the board via two new mounting holes and connects to the same four-pin JST connector as the case fan.
A radial blower, again selected for low noise and extended operating lifetime, pushes air through an extruded and milled aluminum heatsink. Both the case and the Active Cooler are able to keep Raspberry Pi 5 well below the thermal throttle point for typical ambient temperatures and worst-case loads. The cooling performance of the Active Cooler is somewhat superior, making it particularly suitable for overclockers.
Please note: You do not need a fan for your Pi as it will automatically adjust its speed to avoid overheating. The fan is designed for use cases where you need to run it at top speed for a long time, say during some Machine Learning, rendering, emulation, or video playback.
