¡Un pequeño paquete para que usted empiece! Este paquete de proyecto contiene:

  • 2.0 metros de EL wire en color azul, de alto brillo y larga vida útil. 2.0 metros es la cantidad máxima para el driver de bolsillo: viene cortado y soldado, ¡listo para usar!
  • Inversor EL de bolsillo que funciona con 2 baterías AA alcalinas o recargables (no incluidas)
  • 2 pulgadas de termoencogible, tanto de 1/8" como de 1/4", para proteger el EL wire después de soldar si al final desea cambiar el cable
  • 2 pulgadas de cinta de cobre, utilizada al soldar EL wire
  • 2 pulgadas de cinta de espuma, la usamos para acolchar el interior del inversor y hacerlo más silencioso

NOTA: No encienda el inversor sin el EL wire conectado.  Esto quemará el inversor.

Soldar EL wire es un poco complicado, pero afortunadamente Adafruit ¡escribió un tutorial detallado paso a paso! Necesitará pelacables, un cautín y soldadura, cinta de cobre y termoencogible.

Proyecto rápido con EL wire

A little bundle to get you started! This project pack contains:

  • 2.0 meters of high-brightness, long-life EL wire in Blue. 2.0 meters is the maximum amount for the pocket driver - it is cut and soldered so it's ready to go!
  • Pocket EL inverter runs on 2 AA Alkaline or rechargeable batteries (not included)
  • 2 inches of heat shink, both 1/8" and 1/4" for protecting the EL wire after soldering if you end up wanting to change the wire up
  • 2 inches of copper tape, used when soldering EL wire
  • 2 inches of foam tape, we use this to pad the inside of the inverter to quiet it down

NOTE: Do not turn on the inverter without the EL Wire.  This will burn out the inverter.

We used this to make an awesome TRON bag 

Soldering to EL wire is a little tricky but luckily Adafruit wrote a detailed step-by-step tutorial! You'll need wire strippers, a soldering iron & solder, copper tape and heat shrink.
