El E1508 es un terminal tipo puntera (ferrule) aislado para cable, que consiste en un tubo hueco de cobre estañado con una funda aislante de nylon. Está diseñado para brindar una terminación ordenada a cables multifilares y una conexión segura a borneras.

The E1508 is an insulated cable ferrule end terminal which consists of a tinned copper hollow tube with a nylon insulating sleeve. It is designed to provide a neat end termination to multi-stranded wires and a secure connection to terminal blocks.
