The Smoke Absorber Filter FA-400 is a A1001 urethane foam filter replacement for TOL-CB4514 with high carbon absorption , allowing for cleaner air breathing while soldering or desoldering.

The A1001 filter absorbs up to 80% of odors and particles from soldering smoke offset.

When is the approximate time for filter replacement?

The filter absorbs solder fumes and becomes white with clogging.
The filter should be replaced when the suction capacity drops extremely due to the clogging or flux smell becoming strong.
